Burrow faced an injury-plagued 2023, playing through a calf injury and ultimately succumbing to his wrist injury. However, his rehab is reportedly going completely according to plan. Video has emerged of Joe Burrow working out at Black Sheep Performance while gripping dumbbells.

Putting the protein shake-like caption aside, the workout video and news of his grip fully returning is a welcome sign for a team that just invested $275 million into their star quarterback. He is expected to be fully cleared in time for OTAs.
“I think (the) middle of May is when I am expecting to kind of be cleared for full contact and everything,” Burrow said in an interview with ESPN. “Over the next month (to) month and a half, we’ll kind of decide all those things.”
Barring any setbacks, Burrow is fully expected to lead the charge into a bounce back campaign 2024 for the Bengals. 2023 underdog story Jake Browning will return to the backup role.
