Not Much Drama As Bengals Finalize Their 53

With Joe Burrow on the last favorable year before his contract extension kicks in, and Tee Higgins in likely his last year with the Bengals, Cincinnati is all in in 2024. Tuesday, they finalized the 53 man roster that they hope will help them take that all in journey.
Defensive end Myles Murphy and punter Brad Robbins were put on IR with a designation to return and will miss a minimum of four games and CB D Ivey was put on the physically unable to Perform list:

Fellow rookie, safety PJ Jules did not. NFL Networks’ Tom Pelissero confirmed that the team will try to retain Jules on the practice squad if he clears waivers.

The same can be said for linebacker Shaka Heyward who Charlie Clifford confirmed is a priority for the Bengals practice squad.

Around the league, former Bengal Samaje Perine was cut by the Broncos, leading many to believe the roster moves are not finished in Cincinnati.
