In their highly anticipated matchup overseas, the Miami Dolphins faltered out of the gates against Kansas City and just couldn’t put it together in time to come back against Patrick Mahomes and Co. Let’s take a look at some of the numbers that tell the story of the difficult loss. 

0 – Miami was held to 0 points in the first half.

0 again – They  were unable to convert a single third down conversion in the first half.

40– It has been 40 games since the Dolphins were held without a score in the first half.

6 – This is now the 6th consecutive loss against teams with winning records.

17 – The Miami Dolphins are averaging 17 points per game against teams with winning records, whereas they are averaging 39 against teams with losing records.

406 – It has been 406 days since Miami has defeated an opponent with a winning record. That win came back in week 3 of the 2022 season vs the Buffalo Bills.
